Genuity Systems Limited, a sister concern of Genusys Inc. USA, is an IT company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, established in 2003. The company specializes in providing customized IT solutions, particularly in the fields of contact center solution, CRM, voicebots, and chatbots — with a strong focus on enhancing the customer experience. Relentlessly working in the Financial sector, Telecom Sector, FMCG and other relevant industries for their sustainable business growth.

Their main products include Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services, a contact center solution called and IP business communication solutions. Genuity Systems is a member of the Bangladesh Association of Contact Center and Outsourcing (BACCO) and Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS), also obtained certification ISO 27001: 2022 (Information Security Management System), reflecting its position in the country's tech and outsourcing industry. Genuity is focused on keeping pace with the fast changing nature of global IP based business.
